These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC website and any services or products provided by Taysha's Design Studio (“Service” or “Services”). You agree to be bound by this Agreement by accessing or using the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
Use of Service
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
2.2 User Accounts: You may be required to create an account to access certain Service features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the Service, violate applicable laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or harass or harm others.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any portion of the Service without prior written consent from Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information you provide to us. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Service’s availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington state. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Spokane County, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to this Agreement
Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC take their client’s privacy seriously and will not share their information with anyone EVER (unless legally required to).
All information provided within the required Tools is not shared with anyone outside Taysha’s Design Studio’s team and the client’s team.
Social Media and Website login information are required to begin any project with them and is noted on a document shared with the client and does not leave it.
Once the project is completed, all critical information is returned to the client or deleted, and Taysha’s Design Studio encourages changing login credentials if the client is concerned about privacy.
Taysha’s Design Studio is not responsible for unauthorized account access if the client shares their information outside of this project or after the project has been completed.
Taysha’s Design Studio notifies their clients when accessing any account and is happy to answer any questions regarding access.

Effective Date: March 2022
Taysha’s Design Studio, LLC does not provide refunds. As design work is completed and payments are made, it is impossible to separate specific amounts from the creative process. Time spent on one project is not “returnable”; refunds are NOT provided. Credits can be applied to future projects.
